Access Control
Access control within Assets | Lapine Studios is achieved by using a combination of roles, groups, and inventory permissions.
Users have no access to inventories and their respective assets by default.
Access to an asset is resolved in the following order:
- Relevant roles bypass access checks.
- Company-wide inventory permissions are applied for direct asset modification.
- Group-delegated access to an action or asset inventory is resolved.
